SHIPPING Shipping of products available in our warehouse is handled by express courier and may take 3 to 5 business days throughout Italy, the European Union, and the rest of the world. Products not in stock may require longer lead times depending on supplier availability. RETURNS The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, intact and in its original packaging. REFUNDS Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
