Shipping

In case the delivered product does not comply with the request or has defects, a return or exchange can be requested.
You can request the return of the product within 7 business days.
To request a return, please click on the appropriate REFUND button on the order summary screen within your personal account.

SHIPPING ITALY:

We use the following couriers as couriers in the Italian territory: SDA, DHL, UPS, Bartolini and GLS.
By entering your shipping address in the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose your preferred service and shipping timeframe from the various couriers.

By offering you the option of choosing the courier and timing you prefer there is no exact price list but we give you a minimum price up to a maximum price.
The price of shipping within the Italian territory starts from 5€ up to a maximum of 9€.
Remember reaching an amount of 80€ as an order (for orders with destination Italy) shipping will be FREE for the customer.
We would like to point out that the shipping we offer you FREE is 48h with parcel tracked by email.

The moment the shipment is picked up you will receive the ‘confirmation email with the tracking of the package.

For payment on delivery service will be used GLS courier and has an additional cost of 5€ to be added to the amount of ‘order. The amount for payment on delivery should be made to the GLS courier by cash.

SHIPPING EUROPE:

We use the same couriers as in the Italian territory for shipments in the European territory.
By entering your shipping address in the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose your preferred service and shipping timeframe from the various couriers.

By offering you the option of choosing the courier and timing you prefer, there is no exact price list but we give you a minimum price.
The price of shipping to EUROPEAN territory starts from 9€.

The moment the shipment is picked up you will receive the ‘confirmation email with the tracking of the package.

We recommend that you enter the postal zip code correctly respecting the spaces between the numbers as each state proposes. In case of any difficulties you can contact us at our email address: store@motorsportitalia.it

NON-EUROPEAN SHIPPING:

We use the same couriers as in the Italian territory for shipments in the European territory.
By entering your shipping address in the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose your preferred service and shipping timeframe from the various couriers.

By offering you the option of choosing the courier and timing you prefer, there is no exact price list but we give you a minimum price.
The price of shipping to Extra-European territory starts from 25€.

The moment the shipment is picked up you will receive the ‘confirmation email with the tracking of the package.

In case you are looking for a model we suggest you enter the ‘Modeling’ category. If you find yourself browsing our site with a tablet or smartphone, you will find inside the ‘Filter Products’ category, where clicking on it will bring up laterally on your screen a set of attributes that will help you search for and categorize the product you are looking for starting with the modeling brand, scale, racer, and the kind of model you are looking for.
This ‘Filter Products’ system applies not only to the Modeling category in general but also to all other categories on our site that may have attributes.
A second method of being able to quickly find an item you are looking for is to open our menu and scroll to the magnifying glass where by entering a word that corresponds to the product name uploaded to the site you can actually find it in a second, if indeed it is available and we have it in stock.

As you may have noticed on our site, some/some products you will see with a red ‘Available to order’ sign.
This message next to the product you are interested in means that it is not currently available in our warehouse, and at the time of ‘order we will contact our suppliers so that they can order it and make it available in a time frame ranging from 3 days to 10 days. In case there are delays it will be communicated by our team who will contact you and provide you with all the information.
In case you find ‘In Stock’ or ‘Available (Orderable)’ in green next to our products it will mean that the product is already in our warehouse and will be shipped immediately.

This question is among the most common for our clients. We are constantly moving in our industry with new arrivals and new products, especially in the Modeling category.
In order to keep up to date with all the latest news, receive discounts and preview promotions, and then join our community, all it takes is one small step.
On our home page of our website, both in Italian and English, you will notice next to the tab where we offer our Live on Instagram a special box where we request your email with a small welcome discount.
By entering your email in this special box you will receive a 10% welcome discount that you can use immediately and also you will enter our newsletter and be updated with all the news. We would like to point out that the email request boxes you will also find it in the modeling category and it has the same value for the box in the home.

The moment you place an order on our site the product(s) will be shipped the same day in case of a weekday. Shipping is by courier (Gls/Sda for L’ Italy, UPS/Poste/Dhl for abroad) with tracked package.

At the time of shipment departure you will receive notification by email entered in your order with the tracking code. Shipping is considered 48h when your order is delivered to the courier. In case of an order placed on Sunday or a holiday, the package will be prepared and delivered to the transportation company on the first available weekday.

  1. Send Email: store@motorsportitalia.it explaining what happened with photos of the product that arrived damaged.
  2. We will make sure we have the same or a different product that the customer may be interested in for replacement
  3. Pack the product as received so that it will not suffer further damage
  4. We will turn all the information over to you by email or to your cell phone number.
  5. The courier agreed with us will come by to pick up the package and deliver the new package with the new item in perfect condition
