Shipping and returns
SHIPMENTS
Free shipping on orders with Italy arrival shipping over €200.
Shipment of products in stock is by express courier, in Italai 48h and can take 3 to 4 working days for European Union and rest of the world. Shipments directed outside the European community may take longer in case of customs control.
Exception for products not in stock, which may take a few more days depending on the products. The new delivery date, in this case, will be communicated to the customer by email.

How much is the shipping cost?
SHIPPING ITALY:
We use the following couriers as couriers in the Italian territory: GLS, TNT, FEDEX
By entering your shipping address in the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose your preferred service and shipping timeframe from the various couriers.
The price of Italian shipping is fixed at 6,95€ with order under 200€, in case the order is higher the shipping is FREE.
Remember reaching an amount of 200€ as an order (for orders with destination Italy) shipping will be FREE for the customer.
We would like to point out that the shipping we offer you FREE is 48h with parcel tracked by email.
The moment the shipment is picked up you will receive the ‘confirmation email with the tracking of the package.
For payment on delivery service will be used GLS courier and has an additional cost of 5€ to be added to the amount of ‘order. The amount for payment on delivery should be made to the GLS courier by cash.
SHIPPING EUROPE:
We use the following couriers for shipments within the European territory: GLS, FEDEX

The price of shipping to the European Union is fixed in cart according to the delivery destination. Here is the Europe shipping list:

- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain €14.99
- Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary €16.99
- Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland €24.90
- Serbia, Malta, Montenegro, Iceland, Norway, Moldova, Gibraltar, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia €35.95
The price of shipping to EUROPEAN territory starts from 9€ .
The moment the shipment is picked up you will receive the ‘confirmation email with the tracking of the package.

NON-EUROPEAN SHIPPING:
Regarding shipments within the European territory we use: SDA, FEDEX
By entering your shipping address in the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose your preferred service and shipping timeframe from the various couriers.
By offering you the option of choosing the courier and timing you prefer, there is no exact price list but we give you a minimum price.
The price of shipping to Extra-European territory starts from 25€. The cost of shipping Extra Europe may vary in case of bulky parcels.

In addition, for an extra-large package size (above 40x40x40) an additional shipping cost may be charged.
We would also like to point out that parcels with destination countries Outside Europe may be subject to delays due to third parties (e.g. Customs checks, or courier delays). It will be our care to assist you as best we can.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
Have you received a damaged product that you want to replace?
We stand by you and follow you step by step in replacing the product:
- Send Email: store@motorsportitalia.it explaining what happened with photos of the product that arrived damaged.
- We will make sure we have the same or a different product that the customer may be interested in for replacement
- Pack the product as received so that it will not suffer further damage
- We will turn all the information over to you by email or to your cell phone number.
- The courier agreed with us will come by to pick up the package and deliver the new package with the new item in perfect condition
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In case the delivered product does not comply with the request or has defects, you can request a return or exchange.
You can request the return of the product within 7 working days.

Any costs for return are the responsibility of Motorsport Maranello Store.
How to pick up the items will be specified via email.

By clicking on ORDERS you can view all your orders placed with this account.
Click on View within the order you want to vare the rest of and click on “REFUND MY ENTIRE ORDER”
From the same screen in your account you can monitor the status of your refund (you will still receive an email), and manage and edit all your account details, addresses, payment methods, wish list.
