Any item on our website ( store.motorsportmaranello.com or store.motorsportitalia.it ) with the wording: ‘Pre-order’ in the text and product description, represents a product in high demand for which we give you the opportunity to order it exclusively. A “Pre order” item is an item that is not in stock at the time of order, but it is a purchase that gives the buyer the assurance that they can own an item that is in high demand by the public.
All items in Pre-order are exclusive items and in high demand by the public. We then give the customer the opportunity to be able to order the following model, accessory or garment and be assured of receiving it while avoiding the risk of not being able to purchase it when it becomes available due to out of stock.
The dates set to each product in ‘Pre Order’ may vary in case of courier delays or brand production.

The moment we have the ‘Pre Order’ products at our location (Motorsport Maranello Store, Via Dino Ferrari 61, Maranello 41053 MO) the shipping you have determined during purchase will be made:

The period of ‘arrival is reported in the product description divided as a quarter:
- 1st Quarter = January, February, March
- 2nd Quarter = April, May June
- 3rd Quarter = July, August, September
- 4th Quarter = October, November, December
In case the ‘Pre-order item is purchased together with an item at the time of the order available the following package will leave the moment the ‘Pre Order item is available. We recommend placing the order on Pre-orders individually.
Pre-order payment methods are the same for any other item except payment on delivery is not accepted with regard to pre-orders.
Discount coupons, if available, have the same value for ‘Pre Order’ products as for all others.
In case the product is not available on the dates reported in the description, you can request a full refund of your purchase.
The moment we receive your order for a product in ‘Pre order’ it is immediately ordered from the manufacturer.
