For this reason on the most valuable and unique models we do dedicated shipping to make sure that the model arrives at your doorstep optimally.

For this model segment we make use of a wooden container shipment with integrated transpallet attachment congruous in size to the model requested and ordered.

The ‘inside of the wooden crate will be protected with a layer in all sides of the crate of 6cm thick Styrofoam. Then a thick layer of large bubble wrap or filler will be placed on top of the Styrofoam.

Before being placed on top of this protection, the model will be checked for attachment to its base and all of its aerodynamic appendages will be protected as best as possible (if F1) or its openings will be checked for sealing (if Road Car Model). The model’s protective box will then be closed, and it will then be wrapped in a bed of glass wool or foam rubber (soft material to wrap around the model box and prevent damage to the outer box). The model with its well-protected box will then go into the wooden box, and the same process as its base will be carried out on top of the model.

The wooden case will be sealed with tacks and will be wrapped with ‘Fragile’ film.
