Shipping

In case the delivered product does not conform to the request or presents defects, you can request a return or an exchange.
You can request the return of the product within 7 working days.
To request a return, please click on the appropriate REFUND button on the order summary screen in your personal account.

If you are looking for a model, we recommend that you enter the ‘Modeling’ category. If you find yourself browsing our site with a tablet or smartphone, you will find in the ‘Filter Products’ category, in which clicking on it will open a set of attributes on your screen sideways that will help you search and categorize the product you are looking for. starting from the modeling brand, the scale, the pilot and the kind of model you are looking for.
This system of ‘Filter products’ is valid not only for the Modeling category in general but rather for all other categories of our site that may have attributes.
A second method to be able to quickly find an object you are looking for is to open our menu and scroll through the magnifying glass in which by entering a word that corresponds to the product name uploaded to the site you can really find it in a second, if indeed it is available and we have it in stock.

As you may have noticed on our website, you will see some / few products with a red sign ‘Available to order’.
This message next to the product you are interested in means that it is currently not available in our warehouse and at the time of the order we will contact our suppliers to be able to order it and make it available in a time ranging from 3 days to 10 days. In the event that there are delays it will be communicated by our team who will contact you and provide you with all the information.
In case you find ‘Available’ or ‘Available (orderable)’ in green next to our products it will mean that the product is already in our warehouse and will be shipped immediately.

This question is one of the most common for our customers. In our sector we are constantly on the move with new arrivals and new products, especially for the modeling category.
In order to be always updated on all the news, receive preview discounts and promotions and then become part of our community, just a small step.
On our home page of our site, both in Italian and in English, you will notice near the tab where we offer our Live on Instagram a special box where we request your email with a small welcome discount.
By entering your email in this special box you will receive a welcome discount of 10% that you can use immediately and you will also enter our newsletter and you will be updated with all the news. We would like to clarify that the boxes for the email request you will also find in the modeling category and has the same value for the box in the home.

When you place an order on our site, the product (s) will be shipped the same day on a weekday. Shipping is via courier (Gls / SDA for Italy, UPS / Poste / Dhl for abroad) with tracked parcel.

At the time of departure of the shipment you will receive notification via email inserted in your order with the traceability code. The shipment is considered to be 48 hours when your order is delivered to the courier. In case of order placed on Sunday or a public holiday, the package will be prepared and delivered to the transport company on the first available working day.
